- Boil eggs out of water that isn’t boiling, and when they come to a boil, turn the heat to medium and boil them for 5 minutes
- Quench in ice water after boiling, so the shells come off easily.

▽Medium boiled Omelet Sandwich ingredients
- 6 eggs
- A pinch of salt (for boiled eggs)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter with salt, to taste
- A little mustard
- Four hams
- A little bit of parsley
- A few pinches of coarsely ground black pepper
- Ketchup optional

- 1/4 of the cabbage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for the salt rub)
- Vinegar 30ml
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- A pinch of salt and pepper

- shred the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, rub well and squeeze out the water thoroughly.

- Spread plastic wrap on a cutting board; layer the ham, 2 half-boiled eggs from 1, and the “Shredded cabbage” on top of the mustard bread from 3, and place the buttered bread on top.
- Cut the bread in half, pressing down on top, wrapping it tightly in plastic wrap and letting it sit for 5 minutes to allow it to blend.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and black pepper to taste.
